The Theory behind Cell Narratives ®
For many years, traditional science taught that our genes largely determine who we are. However, emerging research in epigenetics shows that it is not genetic programming alone that governs health and behavior. Our environment, including our thoughts, beliefs, nutrition, relationships, and stress levels, can all influence how genes are expressed.
Research in cell biology has shown that receptor proteins on the cell membrane respond to signals from the environment. These signals, whether chemical, physical, or emotional, trigger cascades of protein interactions that guide cellular activity. In this way, the stories we live by and the environments we create can have a profound impact on our biology.
In this program, we will explore how environmental and psychological signals shape health, and how you can use them intentionally to support healing, resilience, and a fuller life.
What People Are Saying About Cell Narratives ®
Dr Madeline
Consultant Anaesthesiologist, USA
My first consultation with Dr. Abimbola was in February 2024; by that time, I had lots of health problems and had taken lots of medicines. My creatinine levels/GFR were abnormal, I was hypertensive, and I was also prediabetic. Immediately after the consultation, I joined up for coaching because I really needed to regain my health and life.
In the first 6 weeks of intensive wellness coaching, the first thing I noticed was that my energy had returned. Previously, before starting the coaching, I could barely walk a few steps without becoming breathless, which had started to affect my work. My colleagues had even noticed it, particularly during emergencies like a 'Code Blue' call when I was required to rush to a patient but physically couldn't.
After a few weeks of being on Dr. Abimbola's coaching, I was able to walk briskly, climb stairs, and move about without the normal shortness of breath! I have been on the Cell Narratives program from Dr. Abimbola; this is a wholistic program and also involved a mild kind of chelation, too. I highly recommend the program for those people with chronic health problems. What stands out about Dr. Abimbola is that she preaches what she practices. She is a successful, energetic, deeply compassionate coach who truly cares about her clients.
Dr Erika
Professor of Education, Finland
In June 2023, I signed up for coaching with Dr Abimbola Alao because I was battling with ulcerative colitis. I had been on medication for a long time and the last option was presented to me, which was surgery. I knew I didn't want my colon removed, so I decided to work with a wellness coach.
Abimbola's coaching was thorough. She introduced me to her program, Cell Narratives. By the end of 2 months, I'd had my breakthrough. I could travel, eat well and I am free from the problem I had been having for nearly 3 decades!
