Program Overview:
Imagine enduring one of the largest shifts in the course of a lifetime – an alteration to body, brain and psyche – and yet it is rarely discussed? Menopause was for hundreds of generations cloaked in unease and silence; too often, it became a solitary, lonely experience as women felt they had nobody to turn to. Today is the day that we start changing that. You’re here to discover the root cause of perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and you’ll learn how you can thrive in clarity and confidence in this new life phase.

This in-depth program explores the many ways that the transition of menopause impacts life and provides a practical understanding of how the changes that occur with menopause can be navigated, including:

- Hormonal Changes: Learn about what happens with hormonal changes in perimenopause and menopause, as well as what to expect physically.
- Oestrogen Dominance and Cortisol: Learn how to manage oestrogen dominance and maintain a balanced cortisol level.

- Menopause and Stress: Understand how menopause can impact your stress levels, and find out how stress can impact the menopause.
- Cell Narratives Healing Strategies: Learn how you can experience the positive feelings of wellness with our four dimensions: emotional, physical, mental, spiritual in menopause.

This program is designed to support women from five different categories:

1. Women Going Through Symptoms of Perimenopause/Menopause
This program is designed for women dealing with the difficulties of perimenopause or menopause like hot flushes and anxiety among over 30 related symptoms, without relying on treatments, like HRT or bioidentical hormone therapy. If you're looking for options and prefer not to use hormone replacement therapy (HRT) hormone therapy (MHT) or bioidentical hormones, for treatment purposes; this program provides natural and holistic methods to effectively address symptoms.

2. Women Who Are Unable to Use HRT
If you've been advised by your doctor that HRT is not an option due to high cancer risk or other health concerns, this course will provide alternative strategies to help you reduce or eliminate symptoms naturally, without compromising your health.

3. Women in Low and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs)
For women living in areas where access to HRT or MHT is limited or unavailable, this program provides effective methods to alleviate menopausal symptoms through lifestyle adjustments and self-care practices.

4. Young Women Experiencing Menopause
Menopause is often linked to older women; however it can happen to young women as well. Younger women who go through menopause may have a condition called Premature Ovarian Insufficiency (POl) that leads to the cessation of ovarian function earlier than expected. This can happen for various reasons, including illness or stress. POI can be difficult to diagnose, especially in younger women, but many of the symptoms are similar to the ones that that older women experience during menopause.

5. Younger Women (Ages 20–40) Seeking Prevention
This course is also for younger women who want to understand how to take proactive steps now to reduce the risk of severe perimenopause symptoms in the future. By learning about hormone balance, lifestyle adjustments, and early prevention strategies, you'll be better prepared for a smoother transition when the time comes.

Each session will be packed with insights on how to make informed choices, so you can live well through this important life stage.

In June 2023, I signed up for coaching with Dr Abimbola Alao because I was battling with ulcerative colitis. I had been on medication for a long time and the last option was presented to me, which was surgery. I knew I didn't want my colon removed, so I decided to work with a wellness coach.  Abimbola's coaching was thorough. She introduced me to her program, Cell Narratives. By the end of 2 months, I'd had my breakthrough. I could travel, eat well and I am free from the problem I had been having for nearly 3 decades!

I started my coaching classes with Abimbola in March 2023, after battling with cystic acne for many years. I had tried antibiotic creams, scrapping and numerous topical gels but nothing worked. Painful flare up were the worst for me.
Abimbola explained the root cause of my condition and we started her program Cell Narratives. The program is easy to follow and I benefited immensely from it. Today, I no longer have the terrible flare up because I know what to do.

A friend introduced me to Coach Abi in May 2014. I had been married for a few years and was trying to get pregnant but was not successful. My periods were so irregular, they came only twice a year. Then the doctors placed me on medication, but I didn't see the breakthrough I wanted. When I met Abi, she started me on her Cell Narratives program. It is in 3 parts, but the spiritual and emotional part of it was what I enjoyed the most, because I had many issues to deal with. I became pregnant with my first child in October 2014. Today, I have 2 sons and a daughter.
